People are selling pre-orders for items. They don't actually have the items yet and delivery is greater than 20 weeks if at all.

Anybody with a 20 week handling time can be reported through their listings for the violation.

I would not. Too much could go wrong. But, I'm not one to really take risks, so take that for what it's worth.

The ship date can't be more than 30 days after sale. That is the policy. End of story.

Unless you contact the seller and work out the date I don’t see a problem with a pre order.

It doesn't matter what you work out with the seller, they still have to be able to ship it to the buyer within 30 days.
