I accidentally took a picture of an item that wasn’t suppose to be included but the customer already bought the item. Is there a way I can edit the listing once it has been purchased. Please help!

No once a listing has sold there is no editing it.

No, if listings could be edited after the sale it would foster a nightmare of fraud.

Absolutely not, there are multiple reasons not to allow this for anyone. You either need to cancel this order if you haven't shipped it or include the item you inadvertently included in your listing. Best of luck to you....

Contact your buyer immediately and let them know the other item in the picture was not intended to be sold. Ask them if they still want the item you did intend to sell. If they do not agree to only the one item, you will have to cancel the sale as out of stock since you do not intend on shipping both items. Unfortunately you will probably get a negative feedback from that buyer. The other option is to just go ahead and let the buyer have both items.

No way you have to offer the buyer what was in the picture or cancel the sale.

You need to send them everything pictured.

You can't edit it for the sold item. But, when you relisting, you are allowed to edit it. However, it should not be done under fraudulent intention. Must be genuine as eBay is the most trusted marketplace among other marketplaces.

You can’t edit a listing once sold nor should you be asking to do something as dishonest.
I see you already have one negative feedback rating in which the buyer stated, “VERY DECEPTIVE. the picture looks like there are more sticker than received.....”
You really should be more careful in creating and updating your listings to avoid disappointing any more buyers.
All you can do for the buyer you just sold to is send them a message informing them that they won’t receive part of what is pictured in the listing they purchased. If they aren’t happy with that you may have to cancel the order with the reason being “out of stock.”

My vote: You should just send them everything that was in the picture from which they made their decision to buy. You are already at 96.something. Do you want to risk droppimg further for a few dollars?

eBay policy prohibits grab bags, choice, and mystery box listings. You have to tell the buyer what they're getting. You can't use a Gallery image of a dozen items and then in your Description state, "Gift a kawaii lover one of my sticker grab bags! You won’t be disappointed! You will receive THREE (3) random kawaii sticker sheets". You need to get rid of those listings. Set up listings which show the buyer exactly what they will receive, and nothing else. As others have advised, your best strategy with the current issue is to just send the buyer whatever they are expecting, if possible.

Absolutely NOT.
The potential for abuse by sellers would be too great.
Imagine what would happen if a buyer purchased a Rolex for $5,000 and afterward the seller changed the picture and edited to say "Rolex" instead of "Timex".

If you have the item, ship it. If you don't have the item just contact the buyer and be honest about it, instead of trying to cheat the buyer.
It's not a good look.
