Hi all,
I'd like to close my eBay store and stop selling for a bit, but I don't want to lose my listings.
Is there anyway I can move all my listings to drafts or on-hold or something like that so I can relist them at a later date?
I don't have the time to sell at the moment, but I don't want to delete all my listings and have to re-add them at a later date. I know I can put my account on Time-Away, but I would still be charged the monthly store subscription, and I've looked at downgrading my account, but I would be charged the relisting fees.
Basically, I don't want my listings to be viewable anymore, but I would like to be able to easily go in and make them viewable again at a later date.
Does anyone know anyway around this?
Thank you!

You can still have active listings without having a store.

You could close your ebay store.
Set your listings to "out of stock".
Set your quantities to "0".
Your listings will still be active for (I believe) 90 days.

You can end your listings , but they will only be available to relist for 90 days before they are purged from eBays servers.
You can add them to drafts, but they will only be there for 75 days and then they will be deleted.
There is a message posted by eBay in drafts that says
Drafts expire and are automatically deleted 75 days after the last update. To save drafts longer, use Listing Templates

I don't want to have active listings at the moment. I would like to put them all into drafts or some type of saved folder so I can relist them at a later date.
I would also have to pay a renewal fee on most of my listings because the quantity of listings I have exceeds the maximum for sellers without a store.

End all the listings, then do a relist and save for later under drafts. You can select them again under drafts and relist again, or save again as needed. Drafts do expire. After you have everything saved under drafts, close your store subscription.

Is there anyway to renew the 90 days? Would I have to relist them then end them over and over again?

Can I renew the drafts before the 75 days ends so I can get another 75 days?

No, you can't renew ended listings you would have to relist before the 90 days are up.
But you can save your listings as templates, templates don't expire or get deleted unless you do that yourself. See selling templates

I'm not sure if changing the draft will buy you more time -or- if you have to list it, then cancel it again.
Hopefully someone will be along who knows the answer.

Using OOS listings will renew 5 times, on the 6th if you haven't added inventory it will be ended (still available in unsold for 90 days).
Or you use a third-party tool like Wonderlister (maybe the cheapest option) where you can store them as long as you want ($5 - $10/month).

How much of a later date? Give us an idea of how long you were thinking of.
As to your store. Are you on a month to month or a yearly subscription?
How many listings are we talking about?

Opening a draft and then "saving for later' resets the 75 day timer
I sometimes have drafts close to expiry so I just open them and change one thing and save it

85 days, 500 listings, month to month subscription

If you close your store, when you decide it is time to re-open it and start your store again, there is no guarantee you will be able to have the same name you do now for your store. I did that many years ago. I had a personal need to close my store and reduce my listings. When my personal needs changed and I went to have a store again, I could not have the same store name.
As to your listings. I would suggest that you go to your site preferences for inventory and turn on the OOS [out of stock] option.
Then take each listing to a zero quantity. They will remain active for up to 180 days. Buyers won't be able to see the listings unless they are Watching them. But they still would not be able to purchase since they have no quantity.
These listings do still use listing fees every time they renew, so it will reduce your free listings.
