In your email account settings, you can set it up to forward emails from eBay to the 2nd email address of your choice.

For example, Gmail:

Settings.

All Settings.

Forwarding and POP/IMAP Settings.

Create Filter.

The above should definitely work; however, just emphasizing it's all done in your personal email account(s), not anywhere in eBay.
