Call to action?

Like what, exactly?

What action are you wanting buyers to do?

"Shop Now" = Buy it Now

"Like" = Watch

"Follow Seller" = Add to Favorite Seller List

"Comment" = Contact Seller

What else is there?

Not that I'm aware of.  eBay is not the platform for custom CTA's. They dictate what should drive conversions and the language that goes into it. This might be maddening because some of us know that certain color CTA's deliver more sales, as does certain language and it would be helpful if we could split test within the system but none of these are options sellers have control of. eBay does.

Not possible.

You can set promotions and run sales if you have a store.

That's a "promotion", not a CTA as it's more commonly known these days. If you run a promotion it would usually have a CTA attached to it for the buyer to act but maybe what you're looking for is that the entire "tout" or promoted area is clickable?

No CTA's on eBay. You can just add this info onto your description area or run a promotion or use markdown mgr.
