Calculated Shipping listed before USPS price increase

Does the calculated shipping price change automatically for buyers to see the new updated rate?

Yes it will update automatically.

...in theory, yes....

that is why you need to make sure the "ship date" is set correctly when you buy your label(s). If you print it on Monday, but don't get the acceptance scan until Thursday and the price increase was Tuesday....you underpaid.
