COUPON DISAPPEARS??

I run coupons on many of my listings. When you open the listing, the coupon is visible and shows the reduced price with coupon. But if I refresh the page, or back-out, then open again, the coupon is gone! Makes no sense. I first noticed this on 1/22/26 at night. Still a problem even 18 hours later. Anyone else having this problem??

It does disappear upon a refresh..........but still shows up if you put the item in cart from that refresh:

I get it, but if the potential customer views it, then comes back a 2nd time to buy it, thee coupon is no-longer visible until they actually put it in the cart. Customer may not buy the item, since he can't see the coupon anymore, and may assume the coupon ended.

agree..............I'd use that ? thingy to try to report it......Click on it and has various reasons for the report.....

I called ebay and reported it at 8am est today. They have not found a solution yet.

Don't use coupons, ever. They bury you in search results as the search does not take the coupon into account when sorting by price and as I am sure you have noticed lots of customers don't notice the coupon (although I am sure with your more expensive items you get a higher percentage of coupon use than my cheap items did when I tried coupons to zero success).
