I am so sorry to tell you that they permanently did away with the classic all selling page.  Many sellers are in an uproar about this.  I tagged your post, if you look you will see that there are TONS of posts & threads on this very subject.

Ebay really needs to do something...like bring back to old page OR update this new page to have everything ON ONE PAGE like before.
