Ebay's invoicing has been broken for several days. I found a work around by switching from Safari to Firefox, but it's a gamble as to which one will work each time. Seems part of the day one works, then fails and goes back to the other working. Really a pain when you have them all keyed up in one browser, then have to start them all over in another.
Had a new issue yesterday. Went to send one to a customer that had bought 55 items. Grouped the first 40 together and sent it. Went to do the stragglers and it showed only 25 were invoiced. When I went to invoice one I knew was on the 40 original as it said not invoiced it grouped it randomly with 25 other items. I contacted the buyer and he said he received 4 invoices from me though I only actually sent the one 40 item one. One came through with 40 items, the other 3 came through with 25 yet I never sent any invoices with 25 items.
For what we pay in fees you think they could atleast make the basic functions work properly.
