Every article I have found on Google, explains steps that my Ebay Home page does not have. I do not see Seller Hub, Create variation, etc. I have no idea how to offer different sizes/options for some items.

It's called a "variations listing".
That would be perfect if you have the same item but in different sizes/colors/flavors.
They can be a little difficult to set up at first but once you get the hang of it it's a piece of cake.
More information on variations listing can be found here:
Here is a example of a variations listing:

The option to make a variations listing appears on the "new listing" form when you are making the listing.....
Listings ---> Create Listing
it is only available in certain categories
you need to "create a new listing" for it to appear
it will be an option about 7 rows down from the top
this is from the 'old listing tool'

Ok thanks you. The only time I saw the option was after I switched to a business account, and changed to a fixed price. Do you know if it's Variation Selling is possible using the app, or only on Desktop using Business tools?

I checked my app (which I do not list with) and I did not see that option.....
I see the option on both my personal and business account via PC
In fact, I could probably never get used to listing on the app....clunky, slow, too many suggestions, etc....)
