Your question is really impossible to answer.

All you can do, is read their feedback and their years here is also listed there. The better the feedback and longer that they have been here on eBay shows a history of their buying transactions.

But, positive feedback doesn't always mean they are a good buyer.

I have had buyers that have had good feedback and then after they won my auctions started to:

- make unreasonable demands

- sent cancellation requests

- never paid for the ite- claimed tem never sent

So all you can do is go with the flow and hope you get good buyers!

I will say in my  25 years here, I have only had a hand full of bad buyers!

If you ever find the ultimate answer for this please post it in a new post for all of us to read.

Good luck!

Re: Buyer

Being in Sri Lanka how did you hear about selling on ebay? Was it from someone on you-tube? The first question I have for you is how do you receive PayPal payments in your country if you sell something on ebay? The next question is which countries do you intend to sell to? Are you aware of how long stuff takes to send from Sri Lanka to overseas? Well when you figured that out you have to find quick selling products that you can send from your home. Warning do not drop ship.

Re: Buyer

These boards have seen a  noticeable influx of users from Sri Lanka ..

asking questions which are so basic and vague, it makes one wonder?

Yes, we all know and agree that all users are welcome to use eBay's boards..

but it makes you wonder if their goal is just to 'get noticed'  .. or to get actual help here.

Respectfully,

Lynn

They are told to post messages here, it's supposed to help them sell.

That's why you see a lot of them posting useless messages.

Have a great day.

@lassav-14

You're from Sri Lanka and can't legally accept Pay Pal payments so you can't sell here, no matter what they say in that program you guys buy.

No we can't, @silverstatetreasureboxes because .50 cents is just half a penny.

Re: Buyer

Seriously, I don't think I would use either of those balls on the court.  I KNOW I wouldn't let my dog chew on them.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The foolishness of one's actions or words is determined by the number of witnesses.

Perhaps if Brains were described as an APP, many people would use them more often.

This should have read:

I have had buyers that have had good feedback and then after they won my auctions started to:

- make unreasonable demands

- sent cancellation requests

- never paid for the item

- claimed item never sent

Sorry about my typo's!
