200 free listings through April on non-store accounts

I just saw in my seller hub and offer for 200 free listings, fixed and/or auctions through April. I got in on all my non store ID's. It says "in addition to the 50 free" Just an fyi

Items not renewing automatically but also not going into Unsold.

Within the last hour, I had 11 listings end but only 3 automatically relisted and the others are not in my Unsold. I think the other 8 went into oblivion. Anyone else having this problem. I can't get a hold of Ebay to find out what is going on.
