Buyer wont respond to emails

I sold a quite expensive bedspread that was posted no damage, well when I was getting ready to ship it I found a small hole. I messaged them for the last 3 days regarding the hole. I offered a full refund or I offered money back if they decided to keep it. Still no reply and the bedspread is still waiting to be shipped

I agree with @stuff4divas. Just refund them and apologize for the inconvenience. You may want to give them a day to respond to your message so if they want it, you could work out a better price/discount. Just keep an eye on your handling time you have on the listing.

Can it be repaired?  Hand sewing can be invisible.  Not done intentionally to deceive but a way out of this particular predicament.
