A few weeks ago i posted about a buyer who who threatened to leave me bad feedback if i didn't send him 2 more candies for free. I didn't and he left me negative feedback. After several calls to ebay and hours on the phone, ebay refused to remove my neutral feedback or take any action against the buyer.
I've been monitoring this buyer. In the past month he's left 2 neutrals and 6 negative feedbacks. Doesn't that seem a bit excessive? Why are so many sellers disappointing this guy? At what point will ebay look in to this or will they only look in to this seller if someone complains?

Reporting the buyer is probably the best course...... I've rarely seen them remove neutrals.
As far as how many it takes to get one sanctioned in some way......no way to know.
I've also seen Trinton make the point that we can't tell how many purchases a buyer has made......so while the negs/neutrals may SEEM excessive, actually they may not be based on their overall purchases.........

Does the buyer buy from China?

Sellers leave feedback to buyers at a much higher percent. So just check this guys "feedback as buyer" to see what else he has purchased or how many feedbacks. Only his "feedback left" determines how many he decided to leave.
