Hi, a buyer wants to return a bikini bra top after 3 weeks claiming it is damaged and is not the color described. The item was sold on the 24th of December and buyer received it on the 28th. I have refused to accept the return. Buyer also claims to have a similar bra she bought 3 yrs ago that even looks newer than the one I sent. I think she wants to send me her old bra to get a refund.

It isnt worth you paying for a return label. Just issue a refund. You will occasionally lose money on a sale like all sellers... It doesnt matter if you think the buyer is dishonest.
Buyers have 180 days to open a paypal case

Did you sell the item as NWT?
Did they open a SNAD return?

Tell her to sell it as-is, and she'll be amazed at the number of bidders who do want it.

If she requests a return stating it doesn't match the description, you really haven't much you can do besides accept the return and send a return label or merely refund without requiring the return. Don't forget to add them to your BBL.

LOL. Yes there are some perverts out there who would pay much more for used undies than they would for new ones, but eBay has a policy against the sales of used undies. They could be missing out on a lot of high FVF fees though.
Perhaps eBay does not want to be seen as a leading supplier of used undies on the internet? Could be . . . .

The buyer is back from vacation and doesn't need it anymore.
OP, you might want to check on the legality about returning underwear.

" you might want to check on the legality about returning underwear."
Under eBay rules, it is perfectly legal.

Of course it's damaged and not the right color after she bobbed around in the Dead Sea for a couple of weeks and is now back from vacation.
