Hi, a buyer wants to return a bikini bra top after 3 weeks claiming it is damaged and is not the color described. The item was sold on the 24th of December and buyer received it on the 28th. I have refused to accept the return. Buyer also claims to have a similar bra she bought 3 yrs ago that even looks newer than the one I sent. I think she wants to send me her old bra to get a refund.

If the buyer files a SNAD complaint with eBay and you don't agree to the return, eBay will issue the refund for you and give you a defect.
Two defects can get you suspended.

Is that the VS bikini bra you listed as NWOT and photographed with the shoulder strap twisted and really strange lighting? The one the buyer negged you for it being used and not new? And for which you left negatively worded feedback for the buyer?
What does 'add 2 cups' mean? That the 36C is really 36E?
Just refund the buyer and for future be careful about listing items like that as new without tags.
Also, don't leave negative comments for buyers. Buyers who report it to ebay will get the comment removed and the seller will be spanked.

OK - I have to say - listing 6 pairs of panties and including this 7th pair is just wrong, IMO.

I have just been spanked....twice on FB
So I see .
Well, eBay will administer yet another spanking if a buyer complains that a seller left negatively worded feedback for them.

What about a seller who complains that a buyer left a negatively worded feedback?
Buyers' negative comments can only be removed under very unusual circumstances, such as if they complain about things that were clearly mentioned in the item specifics (e.g. shipping charges, condition, etc) or that the seller failed to do things not required under the terms of the sale (e.g. issue a partial refund) or things that are provably wrong (e.g. that the seller did not respond to messages when the Contact Member records show that the seller did in fact respond)

You just had to post that picture didn’t you? Really didn’t need to see that. Just...wow.....
(I’m just messaging you about posting the pic!)

Understood. My apologies if I offended you. It seemed relevant and not evident without someone actually checking it out, which took time. I went looking because I always have some question when a seller offers lingerie for sale and it's all listed as NWOT.
The pic does, IMO cast doubt on the complaint in the OP's original post....as it raises the spectre that the buyer's complaint was valid.
Nonetheless, I am sorry if I caused anyone offense.
I was kidding when I made that comment, just poking fun at you for posting it & make light of the picture. I wasn’t offended. Just shocked that they weren’t washed first. It doesn’t appear to be a kink listing so it’s just the shock factor here.....if it was for the kinksters, hey nothing wrong with that, I know it appeals to some.
