Buyer wants items not included in listing

So I sold a brand new Supreme jacket on here (tags and all) and ONLY listed the jacket. Nothing more nothing less. Someone bought it, it was going perfectly. I was about to ship it out but then realized in the notes after the payment was made, the buyer left a note asking for the bag it came in and the stickers to be included in the shipping.

Do I have to ship those items (bag and stickers) to him with the jacket even though the listing was only jacket and nothing else?

Your item condition is new with tags, so yes, those would need to be included if it's something that's normally included when you buy those jackets.

New with tags: A brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached.

Hi, i looked at your sold listing to confirm what is promised. There is not much to go on, but you are under no obligation to provide a store bag or "stickers" if they are not part of the sale terms. Unless by stickers you mean clothes tags. If you sold it as New With Tags then the tags or whatever original package the item comes in is how it should be delivered. You also had the option to list as New Without Tags.

But after looking at your completed sales, i am curious why you sold items you actually do not have? There are certain rules to follow if this was a Pre-Sale or Pre-Release listing. I am not familiar with this brand. Or are you drop shipping? Any clarification you can offer will help me help you. I have included a link to the pre-sale policy below.

You do not even have the jacket ? Why would you not include the stickers and bag once you get the jacket.  Also I believe what you are doing is not allowed on Ebay.

it’s a streetwear brand called ‘Supreme’. It’s super hyped up and their prices are normally higher than your average clothing brand. When these go on sale on their website, they sell out in a matter of seconds & the resell value is really high. People love to get it ASAP so they’ll pay beforehand. When i got sent the offer, i sent the potential buyer my confirmation screenshots and tracking updates.

The stickers are completely separate from the clothing itself and are sent as a “gift” when you order from Supreme. They’re physical stickers that you can use for whatever your heart desires. They also provide a shopping bag that you would use when you buy something in person at one of their stores.

Hope this clears up some confusion and let me know what you think I should do in the future!

Because the stickers and the bag are still collectible by themselves & I only listed the jacket itself.
