So my scammer buyer bought two ROUND items from me , but sent me and Ebay pictures of a SQUARE BROKEN RECTANGULAR DISH clearly showing CORNERS that weren't even MINE .... I sent a round pan and a round bowl......NO CORNERS...... SO I had to fight and fight and show them the pictures which they already HAD ,and I had the case over turned since they ruled originally that they refunded them .... then I find out they have done this to 5-6 OTHER SELLERS doing the same thing, building their china collection and getting totally refunded....... So they were under investigation for fraud .......... so a MONTH LATER, I just today got a message from ebay saying they are ruling in favor of the buyer instead even after I FOUGHT AND FOUGHT and proved they are liars and FRAUDS, and have done this to many other sellers.......... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE AT EBAY.......... you would think that after three teams looked at my case and ruled in my favor and refunded me a month ago, they would get on the same page BUT NO...... THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.............. anyone else experience the same thing? Because us SELLERS are the ones paying their wages ......NOT THE BUYERS......they pay NOTHING......... im so mad right now, I wanna leave Ebay after selling here 20 yrs........ its totally stupid ........ why write me after a month after a case is closed in my favor from a scammer who is obviously known, and under investigation for scamming OTHER SELLERS........... im sick of this.
