Seeing who bid and how

"I want to see how many bids, how many bidder, and how close to the closing date they started their bidding.  my item is sold and I will ship soon."

Go to your Sold Items to locate this particular listing.

Since you say it was an auction, look for the words "winning bid".  You will see the dollar amount of the winning bid AND then, to the right of that, you should see a number, followed by the word "bids", within parentheses, "( )", or brackets, "[ ]".  The number should be in a different color, rather than black.

That number tells you the total number of bids placed on your auction.  When you click on that number, you'll see the list of the bidders by their eBay user names, the amounts of their bids, and the date and time of day that each bid was placed.

BTW, since you are the seller, you will be the only one who can see the actual eBay user name of any bidder on that auction.  If I or anybody else looked at the bidders names, we would see eBay's anonymization of their names:  six characters, the four in the middle of which are just *'s.

Hope this helps you!

As a follow on to what monroe67 provided I only see one recent auction in your sold items. This is what everyone else can see if they look at the bid history.

Find the item, click on # of bids, then Bid History.  Be sure to click on "Hidden Bids".
