Buyer trying to commit fraud

I sold a 550.00 tool to a buyer in Arizona,  he paid for it on the 9th of November,  I shipped with ups on the 10th of November,  2 days later he sends me a message stating he was canceling his payment through his bank because ebay took out of his personal account and not his business account,  again not my pri thought, the package is to be delivered Friday, he filed a not received dispute with Ebay and his bank, I contacted him on message and he said he would pay me later with a different account,  I said no, he proceeded with his dispute, I called ups today and they will not intercept package at all, ebay says I have seller protection as long as it shows delivered, I feel like im being shafted on both ends with buyer and with ebay, im overly stressed out and have been having chest pains, what can I do?

Re: Buyer trying to commit fraud

I've already received the funds through ebay, buyer states that he filed the charge with his bank, but its an open dispute through ebay, then he says he did it with PayPal,  I think he's a dimwit,  I blocked him per ebay telling me too, now he reaches out over the telephone I had listed, he just keeps saying he's sorry for causing me stress, wanted me to give him an immediate refund and then turn around and charge it through his business account,  I told him if he wants a refund,  to send item back to me, still did not get delivered Friday,  bc ups truck broke down

Re: Buyer trying to commit fraud

I agree, but he sends me a message telling me he wasn't home to make a local deposit,  then he stated his bank wouldn't allow him to transfer funds into his account from his business account, which he said he tried 3 times, I found the guy on Facebook under his business name, he works as a franchise owner for Matco tools, im not sure how he has survived,  im not sure what mental state he is in either, and he rudely calls out his mechanics he sales too on Facebook calling them idiots for messing things up for him, he's the type of person that I definitely want to stay very far from.

Sorry for your situation. It's buyers like this that cause sellers pause when it comes to selling on eBay, or any other venue or platform for that matter. They re-enforce the saying "you can't fix stupid".
