I have blocked a buyer who purchased a item and took pictures of with the opened box and clearly no damage and then several more with the item removed from the box of numerous pieces. There was no damage in the picture as the box and packing was in great shape. She send photos when I requested as I had to refund immediately had I had to file the insurance as I used Fed Ex and their insurance is $100. They questioned the pictures also but did agree to pay. She uses a Asian country as her Ebay location but ships to the North East. She gives negative feed back immediately also and after several calls to Ebay I got it removed. She purchased another tea pot without attempting to get a better price just a few weeks ago and I cancelled the sale as not going to have that issue again. She reported me but Ebay agreed I could reject her sale as prior history. She is blocked now. She collects tea pots.
