Hi everyone,
I have a buyer who didn't received his item. I checked the tracking number and it was dilivered last week.
little info about my item, I sell custom motocycle seats and I have a clear note saying seat are made to order, turn around time 1 to 2 weeks. NO REFUND accepted.
here's what he messaged me
buyer-"I paid a lot of money for shipping and I didn't get anything ?"
Me - "Hi, item was shipped out and delivered to you on June 29th. Please see tracking history.
Tracking#
9405509699938585874078
USPS.com"
buyer responded back - "I did not get anything, I will not be in this apartment anymore and I thought I would get the Seat on time ... maybe it's not your fault but I'm very unhappy with the situation"
what should I do in this situation?

@classic_luxe wrote:Sorry you are incorrect. If you want the case closed immediately you call eBay customer service and have it done, this also prevents the buyer from having more time to get upset and leave negative feedback. I have 14 years of selling experience on eBay with over $400,000 in sales so I'm not just giving advice off the top of my head.
14 years? I scoff at 14 years. I'm at 20.
Call away. Be my guest.
And if the buyer leaves negative feedback under these circumstances, it qualifies for removal. I'm surprised you didn't know that.
20 years? I scoff at 20 years. I'm at 22+.
I had one of these yesterday and PP put a hold on the funds, probably the first time in a decade they have done this to me. I called CS, got a rep fast, and he closed the claim fast and got my PP funds released fast. Had I not done this, I'd probably had the PP hold for several days. The buyer could NOT leave feedback.

Recently, I had the same issue. Tracking shows delivered; buyer says he didn't get anything. Sent to a community box. It's between the buyer & the PO and/or police (if stolen) now. We did our part. It was mailed with proof of delivery. Enjoy your weekend.

"I called and they did not get anything. You want to give me back the money for the product that I never receive or not?"
not sure what to do, clearly it is not my fault. I spent hours making his seat, no way I'm giving his money back! What should I do here? since the case is already closed should I ignore and move on?
Ignore them.
Or at most tell them to call the police.
It is the buyers responsibility to provide a safe place for delivery.
If they can't manage that, they should get a PO Box.
