Buyer sayer no item

A buyer has open a refund case saying that they did not receive the item but when I tracked with Royal Mail it says it was delivered last week. Anyone got any advice or experienced this before??

Where did the tracking show it was delivered to?  Was it to the address listed on the buyer's paypal account.

If so, give her a link to the tracking that shows it was successfully delivered.  And if she does not have it, she should check around her house, with neighbors, the post man.

Add the tracking number to the complaint and you win.

Re: Buyer sayer no item

Send her the Royal Mail link to the tracking that you were viewing, so that she can see for herself that her own post office is saying that they delivered it. That might divert her attention from you to them, so she can then go ask them what they might have done with it.

I’ve done that and I have also messaged them personally showing them the receipt from the post office.

Call ebay, upload the tracking to them that shows successfully deliverered, and ask that they close the case while you remain on the phone.

Sam is right, just enter the tracking number into the case and you win.  You may have to call and point that out, though, if it doesn't close automatically.

Sam is a woman of few words.

But on ebay you are dealing with newbies, so she needs to explain it a bit.
