It's really frustrating that buyer's can just simply say "item doesn't match description" and ebay says "ok return it" with no other supporting evidence even though I'm not a business and do not accept returns.
The buyer sent me a pic that is clearly not the item that I sent. People suck and ebay should not accept them at their word. The buyer is NOT always right!

I’m about to make the same decision you made. Thanks for the post.

Your message is 8 months old, I know, but I hope you've learned by this time that your "do not accept returns" stance is meaningless in the face of the MBG.

More new buyer's? This is because, buyer's know, they can steal from a seller and have corrupted Ebay, protect them.

That's one problem, Ebay has created, seller can nolonger give a neutral nor negative feedback, on a bad buyer. Talk about bias, unfairness. Just goes to show, how corrupt Ebay is.

It happened to me a while ago, and is one of the reasons I'm not selling on eBay anymore... for the time being. ( the other is the elimination of PayPal). Anyway.. I sold a valuable item and the buyer said it doesn't match the picture... Well, hell yes it did, it was an actual scan. When I questioned that, he never replied. Then he returned item, except I didn't get it. eBay gave him the refund because he had proof of shipping the return.... however when tracked, I never got the item. It wasn't until I dug further into the USPS tracking, that I found they sent the return to my name but at the WRONG address.... and just as the buyer/scammer expected, the recipient sent it back to him as a return to sender. When I brought this to ebays attention, they agreed not to charge me back as it was a scam.
Well... interestingly ... yesterday and today both, I received small packaged with a watch.... and my HOME name and address was used for the return.... I had nothing to do with buying/selling these items. Ebay knows they have issues here... but they don't seem to be doing anything about it.
