Two months just to verify my account and I can't even receive a SMS to complete my registration

Hi,

Its been two month to hold my account asking to verify my Payonner account . After I finished registering on Payoneer and once my payonner account is ready I am not able to verify my eBay account and I can't even receive a SMS to move to the next step to submit my document . Although I am a silver level seller living in Turkey .( if that could be the reason )  and every time I contact ebay support they answer that there are issues with the system and they are solving these problems . But I can't trust or believe them any more .

Is any of the seller facing such like my story ?!

Really sorry to hear about your dilemma.  This is the US Selling board and none of us typically use Payoneer that post here regularly.

Is there a board for those you registered in Turkey?  Have you tried posting on the Payments board to see if anyone has a frame of reference there?
