Buyer's feedback page shows lots of sellers with only asterisks as IDs, what does this mean?

I looked at a buyer's feedback page and saw feedback that sellers left them, which had just two dashes and the seller's ID was just "*****".

I know that when there's two dashes, usually that means the feedback was removed, but usually the seller's ID is still there and you can click on it to visit the seller's page. Or it will say "unregistered" or something but you can still view it. 

What does it mean when a seller's ID is just "*****" and you can't click into it? I've attached a screenshot.

That looks like a temporary glitch to me.

I'd try viewing again at a later time.

I have seen similar feedback in cases that involved sales of medication or medical items; I would guess that eBay is trying to comply with new medical privacy regulations by hiding such feedback.
