Buyer's Notes Not Showing Up On Orders

Has anyone else had problems with Buyer Notes not showing up on orders.  I have had several orders which I have had to message the buyer to get the customization information before I could make the product.  Every buyer has said they left me a note at check out but I am not seeing any Buyer's Notes since 16 August 2018.  Nor am I seeing any notes in the Paypal transaction.

I see them at the very top on the shipping page first, usually.......that's what clicking on the bell opens...  Can't say if any have come thru since the 16th tho....

I do not see any notes the buyers have left. I've look in the Print Labels section, view record, even look in Paypal transaction page and no notes.
