Sold a "local pickup only" item for $129.95 and buyer has paid. 10 minutes later I get a request to cancel saying, It give me a shipping option then emailed me that I have to pick it up. The request from Ebay says I would refund about $113 and get the $17 in sale fee back. I'm ok with refunding but I see Ebay took out another $14 from this sale for I assume the promoted listing fee. Will I get that back?

Promoted Listings credits for returned items, unpaid items, and canceled transactions are reflected in the expenses section of your Payments tab or on your invoice as well, along with the itemized details (such as date, title, itemID, fee type, and amount).

You should get a promoted listings credit on your next invoice.

You're welcome - your invoice at the end of the month should show the credit. Sorry your sale did not work out.
