Bulk upload of listings on ebay

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to study the issue of loading goods on ebay not one by one, but in bulk. In total, I need to load about 400 SKUs. In the seller hub I go to the "Upload" section and select the button: "Download template"

Then "select template source" -> "listings" -> "create new listings" -> "xlsx" -> and select categories.

But after a short loading, it shows me an error:

Something went wrong
Please try generating your report again

I tried to create all categories, but I can't get a template for filling 😞

Should the template be .csv rather than .xlsx ? Sorry, don't use them on eBay but do on Shopify and they need .csv

I would highly recommend .csv as it has worked with ebay the best (with me trying it out)

The problem is that when I try to generate cvs it shows the same error 😞
I am just learning to use cvs files and it is easier to populate exl and convert it to cvs, how i think

eBay should have a template .csv I think?

Perhaps its the amount of sku's you are trying to download?

Try doing it in pairs of 200 ?

What is your monthly listing limit?

Being a new seller, I bet it's nowhere near 400.
