I sold my eGPU enclosure in a bid and posted to the highest bidder. After a few days, the buyer request a return saying it is defective. I have tested it before I sent out, so I am not sure why it is not working for him.
During the bidding process, he was the highest bidder and cancelled his bidding. Before the bidding ends, he bid again and win the bidding. As a 0 feedback buyer, it is a very strange behaviour.
I want ebay to step in. But from what I see, ebay mostly of the time in buyers favour. What if ebay enforce a refund and buyer not sending my stuff back?
Any suggestions?
