My drone works well but buyer requested to return

My problem is that, I have auction phantom 3 std and got sold after a period time.

After 5 days, buyer requested to return because the camera is not focused. I replied that the len of this drone is set to infinity according to information on DJI sites.

I also contacted to eBay for that and supporter said that I am fine if my drone in good condition. But after a few days eBay accepted to return.

Now, I got it and I double check it is in good condition. Camera is still in good condition, obviously the camera will not good as newer version drone such as Mavic Pro, Mavic 2,...

Now, I got charged by selling fee, return fee, and also Paypal fee. I contacted to eBay and support said I can report buyer... I want my money back. That is unreasonable to got charged in this case.

Please advice.

If the buyer filed an item not as described case, unless you issue a paid  return label ebay will charge you the selling fee if they have to decide the case.

Even if you do accept a return you lose the shipping.

No such thing as no returns in this selling venue.

I would never sell electronics on ebay.  You can't win any policy disagreements with ebay.  We all get what we signed up for, plain and simple.

You can't have the item back plus the money.

Relist the drone.

The item was  sold. The botched Return is why you're out the selling fee. It's a learning curve...
