Hi
I have a question. I had a buyer buying a item from me and he didn't pay, I send 2 invoices and still nothing. So this morning I canceled and then select "buyer didn't pay". Now my question is, is there a consequence for the buyer? I mean I lost 4 days of potentail sell off the item.
Thank you

Yes, there are consequences. Most sellers have their settings set so that they don't sell to people with 2 unpaid items strikes.

Buyers know how long thet have to pay. Please, there is no need to send an invoice. eBay does that.

The consequence is that the buyer gets a "strike". Two strikes in twelve months will mean that most smart sellers have set their buyer requirements so that they don't need to deal with that buyer.
Do not ever make the mistake of leaving negative feedback for a buyer like this. That's seriously against the rules. The buyer can get that FB removed and you will have earned yourself an eBay "defect".

Thank you, I was wondering if I should leave a feedback. Where can I do that with the setting?

"Where can I do that with the setting?" I don't understand your question. As I mentioned, you CANNOT leave a negative FB and I presume you certainly do not want to leave a positive FB, so what you need to do is leave no feedback at all.

No not the feedback, you said " do most smart sellers have set their buyer requirements so that they don't need to deal with that buyer".
