Yes... you won't be able to decline a Not as Described Return request. And you do not want to not react to one.
If you don't react, eBay will force a refund and you won't get your item back.
In my experience, if an item sells once, it will again. Approve the Return, send the return shipping label and get your item back to relist for a good buyer.
ETA: After looking at your listings, if it's not worth the return shipping cost, simply issue the refund without a return.

Learn the following, it will save you grief: "I'm sorry you are not happy with with your purchase, please submit a claim through eBay that will allow you to return for refund"
eBay's money back guarantee for outweighs your no return.

The issue is the buyer saw he got an item different than the one he imagined, used it anyway, and now wants to return it. He just needed a bit of flux for some project most likely and wants it for free. I can't resell it.

Doesn't matter. If a buyer says it's wrong, it's wrong. Used, destroyed, whatever. You will accept the return or you will pay the buyer back and let him keep it. Those are the options.
Welcome to eBay.

I only see three $5 to $7 items sold, shouldnt hit you too hard financially.

On eBay, any buyer can force a return of any item from any seller at any time by filing a fraudulent dispute. He can also steal it by not actually returning it.

You are probably correct.

Due to the value of the item, I would just refund and let them keep it.
