Re: Buyer messages

You should set up a separate listing for each color, or you can use the "Variations" format if it is available in your category.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/listing-variations.html
https://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/sellingresources/multiplevariationslist.html

The problem that you are encountering is one of the reasons why eBay prohibits "choice" listings. If your buyer doesn't reply, then they probably haven't read your messages and also didn't read the listing closely and they're expecting to receive the color shown in the listing.

I want to know what a fairy door is without sounding politically incorrect.

Cute little doors about the size of an adult male hand that you put either on the wall at the baseboard or on the lower trunk of a tree by the roots.

Re: Buyer messages

As far as I know, the Keebler elves use them also. All be it  A non-decorated, functional version. They're one of those cutesy items that have no real purpose other than visual glee. And where does one find a fairy door? In a fairy garden, of course. 😊

OK, I noticed the OP was in England where fairy has a different meaning to what's common in the U.S.

Aren't they though.... I was so wishing I still had a little girl young enough for this...  some of the ones I saw had entire corners of little girls bedrooms done up...

At 16 going on 25 my youngest was like "ok... it's cute and all but I'm too old for that mom"  I'm like you can't ever be to old for fairies dang it.

I ever get to feeling better I may buy a bunch of these and put them on the nature trails around my area some other little girls are going to just KNOW they found fairy land 😉

"Fairy" has the same meaning in both countries - we just use a corrupted secondary meaning.  "Faerie" might be a good alternate spelling, though to designate the original meaning.

"Visual glee" - now that's something we can use more of!

I was thinking more along the lines of what in England they refer to as a cigarette, but don't think I can say the actual word here.
