A buyer sent me a $50 offer for an item, which I accepted. Then I got confirmation that it was paid for. They paid $50 for the item and $1.29 for shipping. I then purchased the ground advantage which costs me $4 + change. Now the buyer says he does not want it. So I'm okay with refunding the $51.29 that was paid and not sending out the item. However, if I do this how can I get refuneded my cost of shipping from ebay, the $4?
