I recently sold 3 different orders all shipped in the same box, It was sent on december 2 - 2023 he received them on december 13- 2023
On december 17 I received 3 disputes with "The buyer did not recognize the transaction"
As today december 21 he is a "no longer registered user"
My question:
Wich option should I choose from the dispute?
-Accept dispute
-Challange the dispute
*I have proof of the delivery in USPS.com + also USPS send me via email the signed delivery proof.
This is the first time this happends to me.
Thanks!

By dispute I am going to assume that you mean a CC chargeback. At one point eBay was handling these without seller input but that may no longer be the case. I am not sure what the three items were or the value, not that it matters, but given the tracking and delivery information you have I would dispute the chargebacks. Make sure you provide ALL the information regarding each individual order since you have 3 separate chargebacks. Following is the eBay policy regarding seller protection as it relates to chargebacks. This sounds like a possible case of an account hack or a stolen credit card.

I would say challenge the dispute. The problem with the claim is not that they did not get the item, but the buyer is claiming they did not make the purchase. However with the signed delivery proof, I would challenge this claim.

You can upload tracking into the dispute that proves delivery to the buyer.
I’ve had a couple of those disputes and when I uploaded tracking the disputes were found in my favor.
It does take a few weeks for the financial institution to decide.
Good luck

Challenge you’ll win these are fairly straightforward on eBay.

Thanks to all for your replies, I have challanged the 3 disputes, he made 3 purchases, so I sent them in the same box. In the challange I explained and attached the following:
-URL from USPS of the tracking number and history stating as delivered
-Letter of USPS with the info and with the delivery recipt signed by the scammer
-A pic of the box with the shipping recipt when I send it.
-A pic of the recipt (bigger pic) with its tracking number, description of the content and also the address of the scammer.
I sent him 30 toy figures $499 USD purchase price for all

Hello:
Possible case of an account hack or a stolen credit card.
Dont think so, he woud have bought more stuff from me.
He was a 1 feedback user with a 1 week old account
after 2 days after this he is now a "Not Registred user"

He couldn't close his account that fast. It must have been eBay that closed his account for reasons not shared.

On january 30th 2024
The buyer's payment institution sided with the buyer.
Since this dispute didn't qualify for seller protections, the dispute amount was deducted from your funds. If you disagree, you can file an appeal
So, I filed the appeal, explained ebay that was a full scam, sent them proof of delivery from USPS, in less than 30 mins, ebay protected me as a seller, and got my three payments back.
1.-The scammer got the 3 orders free
2.-I got payed for the 3 orders
3.-ebay was the scammed, paymed me back, not from the scammer funds.
Since this, I have blocked users with 0 feedback, yes this is real! it happends.

I'm glad that you got the courtesy refund from eBay, so this turned out alright in the end.
FYI, you can't block the first purchase from a buyer with low or zero feedback. The block for buyers with low/zero feedback only applies if the buyer makes multiple purchases within 10 days. You can choose how many they are allowed to make, between 1 to 100, but you can't set this to block the buyer's first purchase from you.
These are the strictest settings you can use for buyer requirements:

There's no way to block buyers with 0 feedback.

Why do you consider this a courtesy refund and not eBay correcting their mistake ?
I might have missed the party that disqualifies them from the seller protections.
For INR and Not recognized transaction seller protections should be active as long as the seller had and provided appropriate delivered tracking.
When a buyer opens a payment dispute because they didn't receive the item or they don't recognize the transaction, sellers will be asked to provide:
If eBay determines that the item was successfully delivered or picked up:

This is what scammers use to get things for free.
Its also what people who can't manage their credit card debt do as well.
Many people put so many charges on their cards they don't recognize a valid charge.
