Buyer falsely claimed Ugg boots were fake

As the title says, I suspect the boots didn't fit or she had buyer's remorse. Buyer claimed there was no hologram but sent a pic of the tag behind the hologram, not where the hologram actually is.

I've already paid for return shipping and got the item back. Do I have no choice but to also refund original shipping as well? Ebay isn't giving me the option not to when I go to issue the return.

Yes you do. Unfortunately you will have to eat the original shipping cost.  Just recoup the cost on your next transaction(s).

You could also file a report on the buyer that they filed a false SNAD for buyer's remorse to get out of paying the return shipping.
