@us-mamic- Make sure you check your account settings. If you have your account set up to automatically cancel instead of manually cancel (the default is manual) then you'll need to add the buyer to your exemption list.

Yes- you can wait 7 days if you want to. With Managed Payments, eBay does not charge final value fees until after the buyer pays- so unless a sponsored ad rate was charged there is nothing for eBay to refund.

If it has been past 4 days you can file for non payment and get fee's back (except the .30 transaction fee)
