Buyer didn't print my return label

Hello, My buyer requested to return the item and we went through the process. However the buyer waited to long to print my return label. On my end it shows the buyer has till April 12th to ship the item back to me and on their end it shows they only had till the 6th. How can the buyer print my return shipping label?

Tell them to contact ebay and ask them about it. If the print label time period has truly past, ebay cannot issue them another one. You'll have to find a way to create one on your own and send the buyer the label (Pirateship).

Weird how you two see two different print expirations. Are you sure the buyer isn't mistaking your return for another on with a different seller?

This is a good solution. When your buyer @gullywasherfynds contacts eBay for that return label 

The buyer will get to keep the item and the money, and you will get to earn a defect and pay all fees.
