So I had some gopro accessories for sale with the title as "GoPro Hero 3+ Accessories." When I told the buyer that I would be shipping out the accessories the next day, he messaged me back saying he thought the gopro camera itself was included even though I specifically said "GoPro Hero 3+ Accessories" and not "GoPro Hero 3+ WITH Accessories". I also included pictures in the ad of every single item I was giving away and not one picture had a gopro camera in it. Well now he wants me to refund him the money but I had already purchased the postage stamp for it to be shipped off the next day for 7$. My question is, is there a way of refunding him the money with the postage deduction? Also, is the ebay seller fee taken away if I refund him the money or do I still have to pay that? Thanks in advance!!

You can void the shipping label. You'll get the money back in a couple of weeks. You have 48 hours to void it after purchase.
Cancel at buyers request and issue the refund.

Thank you for the info. How exaclty do I void the shipping label? My apologies, I am new to ebay. Also, if I refund him the money, does the seller fee get removed as well?

You might wanna get rid of the + sign in the future, I know it's part of the title of the item but as you can see idiots like this can misconstrue it to mean something it does not, you have to void the label and be out the money for over 2 weeks fun isn't it?

Thankfully you can void the shipping label.
Sorry but you have to be SO careful with titles. I know you didn't have the camera in the pics, but the title is what got you, although it shouldn't have.
