So a **bleep** off buyer created multiple accounts to buy cheap priced items off me and then claim they were damaged for a refund. They would then leave negative feedback. Did some investigating and found out this was the same person and Ebay is looking into it. Just want to show how shallow someone can be. This happened today.

Go to the Security Centre at the bottom of this page. They are the people who can help.
I only see 2 negs and 2 neutrals on this FB account.
Did the PITA pay ? If not, open an Unpaid Item Dispute for each transaction in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.
If he loses the UID, he cannot leave FB and any previous FB can be removed by Customer Service, if not automatically.
OR
The transaction can be cancelled and payment refunded, as Problem With Address, the problem being that you have that address (and its associated ID) on your Blocked Bidder List.
Add all those IDs to your Blocked Bidder List.
BTW-- I believe the term is Unwanted Buyer when you are talking with Customer Service.

That is a horrible website. Nothing is checked out by anyone. Talk about a competitor being able to try and damage you, that is the perfect kind of site to do it on. Nothing is verified or checked out in any way. Anyone can post anything they want on sites like this. Because something is on that site does NOT make it true.

alright then could you tell me where to report the buyers,
Use the Ebay Report a buyer function.
already sellers never know what will happen to scammers after reporting due to internal policy then where to report it?
Just because we are the sellers does not give us the right to private account information. Anymore than a buyer is entitled to know what Ebay may do to a seller that a buyer reports for bad behavior.
offcourse put bad buyer name on google list, atleast people can go and check there are ton of websites about this, so what is solution, solution is ebay should notify seller about what action taken against buyer who cheat or try to scam.
Ebay can and should do a better job with this growing issue. I'm completely on board with that. But alternative sites isn't the answer. They are regulated, anyone can post anything they want, nothing is investigated to see if there is any truth to it. Someone could go out and try to destroy their competition by posting all over these types of sites with no interference. Well except the risk of a law suit for liable. Just because someone posts about another member on one of these sites does NOT make it true.
if buyer can go check seller status what kind of seller is then there must be also status for the buyers.
Can you name any other site that RATES their customers? I can't even imagine doing that and staying in business for long. Not that there would be so many low rated customers but because customers are going to want to be subject to such a thing and just would not shop here.
it should be fair game for buyers and sellers . so far i am waiting for the seller protection for this summer what two of cs on this community answered me , lets see.
The CSRs on the community chat are NOT going to answer your question about what Seller Protections are coming later this summer as Ebay has stated. It is too soon and they certainly would not be allowed to pre-announce details of an upcoming Seller Update. There is nothing Earth shaking about that. Just normal stuff. I'm with you however, I would love to know what they are cooking up. We need more protections. USEFUL protections. It will be very interesting to see what they will be coming up with.

Thank you for answering my questions , for some extent you explained very well you made a point, but as far as concern of where buyer can see seller ratings and seller cannot, i still believe its not fair process and due to this reason scammers have no fear to scam the sellers.i cannot refer any other website who rating the buyers , those are different platforms, someone has to go new things rather then looking to others how they do, in my opinion bad buyers must be rated so community can be safe in term that if a buyer is rated bad several times then if he buy from different sellers then sellers should be protected clearly , i have been scammed three times successfully and i reported this issue to ebay and reported to those buyers, but nothing happened,if its happened i do not know due to internal policy, if i do not know how i know i am protected?
i still believe ebay is good platform for selling and making money but its not improving as it should be , and my simple question is , like you said ebay can and should do better job with growing issue, every day we post problems here what we face but every time i been told seller protections coming this summer lets see and wait, public policy is better then internal policy because its give more exposure by tons of sellers and buyers, and its help to improve policy in better way.more clear policy means less cs expense and straight resolutions.
i want see ebay grow for both buyers and sellers both, i can list of things here what ebay needs to be improve and i am sure ebay is aware of it, but again when ? hope for best and for this platform.

Publicly rating a customer in general is a bad idea for a business. Which is why you can only leave positive FB for a buyer no matter what transpires on the transaction. It would be an odd site indeed that allowed for public shaming of customers. Which is exactly what rating a customer would cause for some. Just bad for business for everyone on any site that allowed this. Rating buyers would be nothing I would ever support.
If you are one that think sales are slow now, it would be horribly slow as we start losing customers because they don't want to be any part of being rated. We'd probably lose more good buyers than bad. I know I personally wouldn't want to do business on a site that did this.
Checking a buyer's FB left for others can often times be very telling. So when you have a problematic buyer make sure you take a peek. You can often times learn things from what they say to other sellers on the FB.
Running a business is often not fair to the person selling the product. It is something you need to build into your business model and learn how to best deal with those difficult situations. Buyers and sellers will never be on a level playing field so to speak. But I agree that Ebay needs to give us better tools to work with and help prevent some of the situation we find ourselves in as sellers. But whatever Ebay does will never get rid of all the risk.
The great thing is that most transactions go very smoothly. It is a small fraction of the transactions that cause issues and they chew up a good chunk of time to deal with them. The frustration of that is beyond annoying to be sure.

This buyer has 3 accounts and just tried to buy another item from. I got the negatives removed. But Ebay seems not to care that this jerk has 3 accounts and is ruining buyers reputations.
