I sold a mouse overseas via the global shipping program. The buyer claimed they received the wrong sized mouse but only sent a picture of the box. There are also two sizes of this item but their look and weight is identical (only a few grams apart). How do I proceed? I did already request for pictures of the mouse for evidence.

Found this forum post online detailing the recommended course of action for a gsp return and was wondering if it is still accurate. It seems people on this site are divided between immediately accepting a INAD return or denying a INAD return and opening a case with ebay to avoid return fraud.

Please make sure it is the new eBay International Shipping and not the eBay International Standard Delivery that was used, and we can proceed from there.
With the new program, eBay makes it sound like "they take care of everything", but I would not count on that if your buyer actually filed an eBay claim through that program.
Has a claim been filed? or are they just messaging you?

I told the buyer that to file a case with Ebay and it looks like ebay handled everything without me having to lift a finger. This was a $300+ item btw.
