Buyer claimed he received packet of crisps instead of videogames

Hi,

buyer just send me a messages saying he received some crisps. He send me a picture of crisps in the shipping box.

I post it to his local argos for click and collection. I have post him the video game he bought. I googled his name as I want to find out his address so I can open a case with action fraud. I found on the internet that the buyer has been sentences of numerous fraud in the past. What are the next step I should take? Looking forward to your answers.
