hello
I'm thinking to open shop i'm private seller now and have around 25% fees on sold item, if i take starter store will i have then 10% fees on collectibles i check that and % is around that so for example if i sell something for 100$ i will pay only around 10$ fees ? not 25$ as i pay now as private seller? , and second question is when i open shop where i make auction then is there button inside shop for auction or on same place as my private profile , will all my new auctions go on shop then there is no private selling anymore on my account after i open shop?

The final value fee rates for a Starter store are the same as for sellers who have no store. The final value fee rate for sellers who have no store is 10% in most categories.
So the first thing to do is figure out why you seem to be paying 25%.

so what kind store i should open to get 10% fees ? basic store ? or larger then basic ?
about my fees i sell item collectibles footbal stickers. for like 46$ i got 5,87 fees on item and 1,50$ on shipping (shipping was 12$) , so how to decrease this what kind of store i need to open to get less fees?

Why are you paying $25 fee for selling $100 item? Are you using listing upgrades? Store fees are listed here and a starter store would help you since you have 69 listings https://www.ebay.com/sub/subscriptions

Why would a starter store help a seller who has 69 listings? Non-stores get 200 free insertions.

I suspect this situation is due to international fees and the way the percentage i being figured, apparently taking the total FVF as a percentage of the item's selling price.

Maybe he's paying some sort of international seller tax? ok the starter store would only save him money if he wants to list above 200 items.

Collectible final value fee is 10% x (sale price + shipping). Only when you open a Basic store or above will FVF rate be reduced to 9.15%.
Using your example, if you sold something for $58 ($46 for product + $12 for shipping), your FVF should be $5.8. You said you were charged $7.37 ($5.87 + $1.5) fees, or 12.7% I don't know if it was all FVF. Maybe there was other fees included.

what you suggest me to do ? to low these fees , to open basic store? and i will have 9.1% fees
also where opened auction go then only in store , my private selling will be moved to my store? and all new auctions i open?

In your image just below the red $7.37 we can clearly see that VAT has been added. The VAT will be the same if you sign up for a store. You cannot reduce that fee by signing up for a store subscription.
If you sign up for a Starter store your FVF will be exactly the same. If you sign up for a Basic store then the official 10% rate which you are paying now will drop go 9.15% (in most categories).
When a seller signs up for a Store subscription, all of their listings are automatically in their store including any listings that were already active when they signed up. However, those older listings will still be charged the non-store fee until they are relisted, or until a GTC listing rolls over.
This is the discussion board for eBay users in the United States. Perhaps there is a board for European users where members would have better insights into this type of fee.
