The same day the item got delivered, the buyer opened a case as "Doesn't match description or photos" with comment: "N" and that same day I got a message from the buyer: "I need to return. It's still in the same package you sent. Thanks for your cooperation in proceeding”.
At that point for me is clear the buyer just wants to return the item (buyers remorse), he/she is not claiming any problem with the device, but still opened the case as "Doesn't match description or photos" to force me to pay for the return shipping anyway.
In the case I asked what's the problem with the device and the buyer started claiming that the USB port didn't work, I asked different questions about what device was he trying to use/connect to it, and how, etc. Buyer only reply to one or two of the questions.
In the end my last message in the case was about the message the buyer sent to me at the begging and how the case was opened. Looks like eBay didn't read any of my messages in the case or check the message the buyer sent to me at all.
But like you all know the buyer won the case in the end.... So I paid / will pay for 2 shipping USPS Priority Mail, fees, packing material, time, etc. I just hope my item gets back intact w/o any intentionally made damage...

Don't worth wasting more of my time with eBay anymore, this only shows me how bad the return cases are handle, and how eBay allow abusive buyers win again honest sellers.
