hoping someone can help, I've a customer who's managed to opt for special delivery, it's not a service I've opted to include in my postal options and to boot, they haven't paid any extra for it... as a result I'm selling and posting at a loss... anybody else had this?
I've contacted the customer and politely explained I'm baffled and that to sell via this method I'd need another payment to cover the extra costs.... anything else I should be doing?
