Buyer Open Return Outside of 30 Days Windows and Post Negative Feedback

Hello

We have a buyer open return and post a negative feedback same time. We could decline a return because it outside of 30 days windows frame. In stead, we accept return so we can take care of the negative feedback. We planning to charge a restocking fees of %20 due to return item over 30 days. If we do so, and of course he will jump in and get the fees back. Ebay will cover the cost for us since we have free return offer. Our question, are we still able to request Ebay to remove that negative feedback?

Thanks for help.

Regards

It would depend on what the feedback said, or if the user threatened with feedback in communication.. if feedback could be removed.

You are not allowed to charge a restocking fee on Ebay.

If you use the partial refund process that you have access to because you offer free returns, you will be in breach of the Ebay policies on how you can use that feature.  So if your buyer reports you that could become an issue for you with Ebay.
