Buyer Feedback doesnt add up

Hello! I just launched my eBay store and received an offer from someone with "100% Positive Feedback (315)"  with 28 in the last 12 months. However, when I click on the "28" there's no data. Nothing shows. 

Seems a bit weird but unsure how someone could manipulate eBays Feedback and ratings features...?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

On the boards here, the link to the feedback page that we are used to still works.  In other places,  such as on listings, for example, it won't, especially if it is ZERO.  You can try this.  

Here is the link to YOUR page.  In the URL address you can see where your user name is located between the forward slash and the question mark.  If you remove yours, and replace it with the user name you want to view, the corrected/altered URL will take you there.

I see "Free local pickup," too.  I wonder if this is another case of the app showing inaccurate information.

I clicked on the listing on the website not the ap, I got the choice for free pick-up and also free shipping.

Here is the screen shot of the original listing with free shipping. But it looks like the OP corrected his listing to show just free pick-up, so that's all good.

But the listing has no revision history, so I still vote "glitch."

It's weird, I looked at that listing this morning and saw both local pickup and free standard shipping options when I clicked shipping on my desktop.

They cancelled the listing I had saved (and private messaged them on).

The old listings was item #285448943029

I guess they did a sell similar or just created new, because it has a different item # now.

All buyers receive 100% pos FB so the rating is a bit misleading - sellers  have zero clue as to  those pesky non paying buyers
