If they have only messaged you, simply reply that the correct items were sent and that they may be getting their purchase from you confused with someone else.

If they have opened a Money Back Guarantee return request, then you need to accept the return ... and hope that they are only lying to circumvent your "no return" policy.  You won't know if it is a theft or not until the return is received.

I wish I could offer some hopeful advice but eBay always seems to favor the buyer regardless.

Not long ago we sold a pair of sunglasses; the buyer filed a return request (despite our No Return policy) and eBay made us accept it; when the package arrived back with us we found the glasses case was empty; eBay did nothing and issued the refund. A couple of weeks ago we had a return request on an item that was listed as Parts/Not Working on the basis of it not working... We resisted until eBay came into it. They issued a return shipping label, and charged us, of course. When we received it the Parts/Not Working item was now trashed; as if in their frustration at not being able to repair what they thought they could they threw it against a wall. We reported the buyer and then eBay issued the refund. We appealed, we called customer service...nothing. This is what eBay has become.
