I have a problem trying to sell a item to a buyer using seller hub they keep getting messages that they can't buy this item. This isn't really great for business as my items aren't selling a because buyers can't pay for them.
Anyone else having this problem?

What in the world does Seller Hub have to do with your buyer’s ability to pay? Seriously, please explain that.

Seller hub has absolutely nothing to do with a buyer's payment process. Please be frustrated with something else.

The Seller Hub is on the sellers side, it has nothing to do with buyers and does not prevent them from buying.

You only sell to buyers in the US. Maybe they are NOT in the US.
Also, as others have pointed out, buyers do not use the sellers hub as your post states.

In order for us to give you help, we will need to know what the number is, where the buyer is located, and how he is trying to pay. The more information you give us, the more likely we will be to help. Otherwise, we are just making wild guesses.
You also should be aware that "I can't buy the item" is a very common lie that scammers tell sellers in order to establish contact outside the eBay system ("can you send me your PayPal email directly?") so they can more easily perpetrate their scam.

I am having a similar issue at just this moment. I don't think it is related to the Seller Hub, but a buyer in Colombia is trying to buy something but they are not getting Shipping options and they say they can't pay. I relisted the two items together in a different format to see if it may work this way. On my end it shows shipping to Colombia.

@stephenmorgan I also see your item shipping to Colombia via the GSP program. What does your buyer see when they're trying to buy? It might help to back-engineer that and see where the problem is.

I am waiting to hear back from them. We had four communications and then it went silent.
Maybe they were just price checking and may have been scared away because the Shipping is a little more than the items. You can not combine shipping for an international sale and to get around this I will put all items into one listing. I thought this could be the issue but then they mentioned eBay would not accept their payment method and asked how I could be payed.
I seen they had purchase from the US recently so maybe it is just a temporary issue or they are no longer interested?

I heard back from the interested buyer. The resopond in spanish so I have to translate to english. I can not figure out why it is not working as usual. I will call eBay first.
Some other considerations I may try is listing with shipping as USPS and shipping as eBay Standard International shipping. I may contact the seller of one of their previous US purchases and see how they did it.

Dollars to donuts the GSP bot thinks these are preowned gas tanks, which you cannot ship practically anywhere. Bot sees Exxon, Texaco and tank and blocks it.
